Aimetis Corp. just announced the expansion of the global Partner Training program. In response to a market need of more in-depth analytics training, Aimetis has lengthened the current Certified Partner Training to include a third day. The first three day training is scheduled to be held in Austin, Texas on July 22nd – 24th.
The third day will focus on the knowledge acquisition, configuration, execution and reporting in line with the full suite of analytic offerings from Aimetis Symphony. This course is designed to familiarize students with the optimizations of the Aimetis Analytics Engines. It is a hands-on course that shows how correctly setting up and optimizing analytics can ensure that Aimetis Symphony Servers are running as accurately as possible.
Since inception, Aimetis’ partner training has educated over hundreds of distributors, system integrators, consultants and architects/engineers in over 7 languages and in over 100 countries. As a company employing a two-tier distribution channel strategy, the trained partners are a direct extension of the sales force, playing a key role in communicating company strategy and product differentiation to the market. Educated and knowledgeable partners are crucial to the overall success of Aimetis.
“This is a great step in improving the scalability of our suite of video analytic offerings” said Andrew Matheson, Global Support Manager. “Extending our training into a third day will allow for all in attendance to complete a deep dive on analytics. This will not only result in a well-versed channel but it will also will improve the scalability of one of our key differentiators.”
Some of the analytics covered will be simple motion detection, camera tampering detection, motion tracking, auto-tracking (with rules), license plate recognition and configuration of simple and advanced rules like indoor/outdoor motion tracking and removed/left item detection.
