VIVOTEK is proud to announce the launch of its all-new smart and efficient ND8422P PoE NVR. With the full-features of a Linux- embedded system, this new NVR supports up to 16 channels of network cameras, and is equipped with 8 built-in PoE complaint ports. This advanced connectivity means users can connect cameras directly to the NVR without any additional hardware. The new ND8422P PoE NVR is also equipped with a fisheye network camera de-warping function, which makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications such as retail shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
To meet the demands of diverse applications, VIVOTEK offers not only the existing 8 channel ND8322P PoE NVR, but also a new 16 channel ND8422P PoE NVR. Both NVRs are groundbreaking for their class, and both fully support the de-warping function for fisheye IP cameras directly from the NVR, allowing areas of interest to be displayed in fine detail. They also feature extensive I/O ports, as well as providing great flexibility to connect with external storage equipment via the eSATA port and thus further enlarge the recording capacity.
VIVOTEK always aims to produce devices that are both intelligent and efficient. The new ND8422P PoE NVR has proved it can meet these goals. With the hassle-free “One Button Setup” function, users can plug-and-play the IP cameras; configuration will be set automatically, making installation easier than ever. The NVR is also fitted with an “Auto Adaptive Stream” function; the resolution of the camera will adjust its display resolution automatically for each different layout type. What’s more, this advanced feature means users can experience superior image quality with a no-lag display.
The ND8422P PoE NVR is fully integrated with VAST, VIVOTEK’s own suite of free central management software, which is developed to provide a broad range of intuitive functions and dynamic features. With VAST, users can manage multiple ND8422P PoE NVRs and set up their IP surveillance system quickly and easily. Moreover, with the rapid growth of smart phone functionality, the demand for the ability to remotely monitor assets has also grown. By downloading the EZConnect APP and simply scanning an on-screen QR code, business owners can access and manage their surveillance system from any iOS or Android device at any time, from anywhere.
